By sending a photograph for personalisation, you agree and accept that any photograph taken shall only be used for the purposes of printing a label that will then be affixed to a Moët Mini champagne bottle by a member of our staff.

Cancellation, refund or exchange

  • You may not cancel an order containing a personalised item

  • Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless faulty or damaged

  • We reserve the right to reject, cancel and refund any personalised orders that are not in compliance with the requirements listed below

  • If you fail to provide your photo after receiving your order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel and refund you in order accordance with our Terms and Conditions


All images must meet and be in compliance with the terms and conditions detailed below, which may be amended by us from time to time. The image submitted by you must:

  • Be a personalised photograph, which is for personal and private use only (and contain no other personal information about an individual other than an image)

  • Not contain anything which is in our sole opinion: obscene, offensive, sexual, unethical, racist, sexist, discriminatory, immoral, unlawful, dangerous, abusive, violent in nature, promotes binge drinking, excessive and/or irresponsible drinking and/or which is otherwise unacceptable; and

  • Not contain any images used for any commercial, advertising or corporate purposes such as logos or branding

  • We reserve the right reject any photographs which are not in compliance with terms and conditions detailed. If we reject any images, we will notify you of such and cancel/refund you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

How we will use your image

  • By submitting an Image for personalisation on a Moët Mini bottle, you are granting MHUK permission, on a non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable license, amend, print and distribute the Image, for the sole purpose of personalising your Mini Moët bottle, based on your order

  • Images are screened for compliance in accordance with the above specifications

  • We will use, store and process your after your Personal Information in accordance with this specification and our Privacy Policy. By submitting an image, you confirm that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy
