    On a mission to reduce the chocolate industry’s carbon footprint, Chocolarder transports its cocoa from the farms to its Falmouth-based base via sail ship – that’s right, the wind-powered kind. This direct channel also ensures the money goes directly to the farmers. For this white chocolate bar, the label crafted its own press to extract the cocoa butter itself, ensuring a bean-to-bar product that lets the natural notes shine.
