On a mission to reduce the chocolate industry’s carbon footprint, Chocolarder transports its cocoa from the farms to its Falmouth-based base via sailship. For this dark chocolate bar, the label works with its local beach café. With all the freshly squeezed orange juice the staff at Gylly prepares, a delicious ingredient is left behind: the peel. It’s innovatively transformed into a smooth, citrussy and bright orange chocolate using cacao beans from Sierra Leone’s Gola Rainforest National Park.
