Cù Bòcan dates back to the 15th century when drovers, bringing their cattle over high mountain passes to market, filled their flasks from a still at the Old Laird’s House beside the current distillery buildings. Still located in the Monadhliath Mountains, the modern distillery uses the soft Alt-na-Frith waters to produce its distinctively rich, mellow drink. Its
Creation #4 is a medley of grilled peach, plum jam, stewed fruit and cinnamon, laced with wisps of sweet campfire smoke.
