Nestled in the foothills of the Andes mountains in the Uco valley, the fertile land and diverse climate that is home to the Susana Balbo vineyards creates the most expressive wines. You might be familiar with chardonnay, but probably not this Argentinian version. Full bodied and long in the finish, it’s fermented and aged in medium-toast French oak barrels for six months – that packs it with subtle citrus and vanilla notes on the nose, with a slightly salted, creamy character.
