Restricting its production to a certain number of cases ever year, Mount Horrocks aims to get the highest possible quality from each grape. Offering its take on the classic Sicilian wine, the vineyard’s Nero d’Avola has a bright, fresh and acidic flavour with notes of forest fruits, prunes and a hint of spice. With smooth tannins and, the wine is very drinkable indeed.
