This is the kind of gin liqueur that has us dreaming of cosy autumnal nights by the fire, fallen leaves and sunset skies. Why? Well Dr Eamer’s Emporium makes it with apple and baking spice (that’s plenty of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger) in boozy liquid form, with a hint of piney juniper swirling throughout. It’s easily enjoyed alone (on the rocks of course), with a fresh tonic, or alternatively, try it with warm apple juice on a chilly evening.
