Among the oldest port houses in the world, Quinta Do Noval’s sought-after bottles are characterised by their delicate quality and the purity of the vineyard’s fruit. This 40-year-old tawny is a blend of different vintages that were matured in oak casks; dried mango, dates and apricot lead into brighter notes of zest and vanilla. A perfect accompaniment to blue cheeses, this intense wine has a solid tannic structure and a long-flavoured finish.
