Bollinger’s enduring history is testament to the refined flavour of its champagne. A legacy of the historic Aÿ estate, the Vieilles Vignes Françaises 2009 champagne is made from some of the only Pinot Noir vines to survive an insect devastation in the early 20th century. Still traditionally made, this cuvée boasts an aromatic complexity. Bubbling over with floral aromas of lime blossom and chamomile, the citrusy palate finishes on sweetly spiced notes.
