They say opposites attract; well, we think Dries Van Noten’s SS20 collection is proof. The Belgian designer collaborated with Christian Lacroix “the supernova hero of high-’80s haute couture”, as Vogue put it, and the result was an extravagantly flamboyant display of both behemoth’s signatures. Imbued with a painterly rendition of Dries’ signature florals, this dress is whipped up in lustrous satin and shaped with dramatic flared cuffs as a nod to Lacroix’s exuberant nature.
