Some might say that Herno's story begins with raincoats, the garment which launched the brand. However, its beginnings can be traced back to a different muse – water. In 1948, inspired by Lake Maggiore and the river Erno, couple and founders Giuseppe Marenzi and Alessandra Diana started the Italian label. With a passion for craftsmanship and design, the pair were dedicated to producing high-performance outerwear that protects from the wind and rain.
