Warre’s may be the oldest British port house, but its Colheitas are refreshingly modern. Its Otima 10-year-old tawny has a deep amber colour with a nose of dates and molasses and a creamy mouthfeel with citric freshness and oriental spices. An excellent pairing to sweet desserts and blue cheese, it’s made from Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional grapes and aged in oak caskets.
