With an archive stretching back 63 years, it’s no wonder Pierpaolo Piccioli finds endless inspiration in Valentino’s gilded history for his current collections at the Italian label. Plucked from the Pre-Fall ’22 line-up, dubbed “Portrait of a Generation”, these trousers are swathed in a stalwart print from its seven-decade reign: zebra print. The pair is shaped from a lightweight wool blend and cut to a straight-leg silhouette that’s primed for pairing with the matching jacket.
