Hype-worthy flavours in our Foodhall

This summer, in the Foodhall at Selfridges London, we’re celebrating flavours that are more hype-worthy than the latest limited edition trainer launch (well, at least for us foodies). From exclusive food drops to fresh new arrivals, spring/summer ’19 is the ultimate season for the most covetable of tastes. And here’s why…

What you'll find in our Foodhall
Join us in the Foodhall to discover new and exclusive products (manuka honey airlifted by helicopter from a secret location, anyone?), new seasonal produce – including the freshest gulls’ eggs in town – and more.

New: Stay ahead of the food trends with the most coveted new-in foods and drinks in London.

Exclusive: Get your hands on exclusive-to-Selfridges products that you can't get anywhere else.

Fresh & Seasonal: The latest spring/summer '19 flavours are yours for the picking.

Pop-ups: Kaleido: With a mission to reinvent the modest salad into something fun and filling, Kaleido wraps fresh and delicious ingredients in a thin, transparent rice paper. It's not only super tasty but provides a neat solution to that tricky task of ‘balancing salad bowls awkwardly on your lap’ in the park come summer.

Our restaurants will also be creating limited-edition seasonal specials with fresh produce from the Foodhall, so head to your favourite one to view their specials menu.

What's dropping in our Foodhall?

Botanical wonder: Cambridge Gin: Made using ingredients from the botanical gardens at Cambridge University and apples that come from a descendant of the apple tree in Isaac Newton’s garden (yes, the one that inspired him to ‘discover’ gravity).

Exclusive Evian x Virgil Abloh water: Evian’s latest fashion collaboration sees Louis Vuitton Artistic Director Virgil Abloh apply his creative vision to this year’s iconic collectable glass bottle. Get your 750ml, colourful water-drop-adorned bottle exclusively at Selfridges.

Buzz-worthy 100-year-old balsamic vinegar: Developing its unique character in wooden barrels from the 1700s, this exclusive-to-us limited edition balsamic vinegar is rich and luxurious.

Sping/summer '19 British strawberries: These delicious strawberries are sourced from small-scale growers in Essex, who select the most flavoursome varieties and only pick the fruit when it is fully mature. We’ll be enjoying ours with lashings of cream…

New arrival: Nodini Mozzarella: These small knots of fresh, artisanal fior di latte mozzarella are tied by hand. Deliciously chewy with a fresh milky flavour, Nodini mozzarella is one of Puglia’s favourite cheeses and is the perfect addition to your cheese board this summer.

Get your grill on: BBQ season is here: Fire up the BBQ and get people queueing up for a feast of expertly sourced and prepared steaks, jerk chicken drumsticks, burgers and chicken kebabs.

Just dropped: Apricots: Directly sourced from small-scale growers, these apricots are dense with rich colours – chosen for flavour, not volume, and hand-picked when fully ripe and deliciously sweet.
