The new wine to replace the classic Brut Premier, this multi-vintage cuvée is a blend of three varietals—chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier—each chosen to represent balance, freshness and complexity. It’s also the product of the domaine’s hard work at the beginning of the century to convert its vineyards to biodynamic agriculture.
