Keen to avoid virgin materials, it crafts the chunky 1992 ankle boots with vegan, PETA-certified apple leather (yes, apple). The skins – waste from Bolzano's food industry – are collected and dried before being magically turned into these recycled-rubber soled boots. The composition is stamped at the side if you don't believe us.
