An
Alexander McQueen without tailoring would be like the night sky without stars or fish without chips – the two are synonymous with each other. Reinterpreting the label’s signature sartorial flair for SS20, Sarah Burton dreamt up this dress. Rendered in wool, it’s meticulously cut to a cap-sleeved midi silhouette, but it’s the asymmetric peplum dancing around the waist and cascading down one side revealing the contrasting lining which is the real star of the show.
