The Listan Negro and Malvasia Negro grapes that are blended to create the Envinate Taganan Tinto grow on ancient vines that sit on cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Tenerife. Launched by friends Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente, the ethos behind every bottle is to celebrate the terroir by following traditional harvesting and wine-making methods. Deep ruby red in colour, it is both fresh and aromatic and can also be served slightly chilled.
