Farming 13 hectares, Domaine Taupenot Merme have been based in the Côte d'Or since the middle of the 18th century. However, fantastic progress has been made since 1998, when Romain Taupenot joined the Domaine. By reducing yields and rigorous grape selection, the wines of the Domaine have been transformed into pure, elegant expressions of the vineyard without excessive oak. Dry and fruity, with a complex structure of vanilla oak, minerals and black fruits.
