Where there’s a celebration to be had, there’s really nothing like Dom Pérignon to mark the occasion. Very few Grand Marques of the Champagne region can even begin to match up to its prowess, and only Richard Geoffroy, the in-house Chef du Cave will declare a vintage year such as this magnum, proclaimed for its complex palate. Floral and fruity tones on the nose develop into darker candied fruit and ripe hay with hints of licorice.
