Isake's Ginjo 50 is made in the Osaka region in the “Naniwa” brewery. This fortified wine is reduced to 50% of its original state, 10% higher than any other Ginjo Sake available. It is recommended chilled or ‘Hitohadakan’ (37C – body temperature) and can be consumed as an aperitif or enjoyed with food. Offering flavours of bitter lemon, grapefruit, strawberries, hay and fresh herbs, this is a wonderfully pure and complex drink.
