Air Max 95 panelled leather, canvas and mesh low-top trainers

When designing Nike's iconic Air Max 95 silhouette, Sergio Lozano used the human body itself as the catalyst for his much-coveted creation. The midsole represents the spine, the graduated leather panels stand for sinews and muscle, the straps are the ribcage, and the mesh is, well, flesh. They say the eyes are the window to the soul, and you'll certainly be gazing at the windowed sole unit, as it houses the trainers' namesake Air cushioning.
