Château Fayau is a charming “chartreuse” style house surrounded by vines in the centre of Cadillac. Most of its wines are produced on the hillsides overlooking the town. The wine-making tradition goes back to 1711, and the Médeville family acquired the property in 1826. The nose is very intense and complex, a subtle mix of quince, apricot and white flowers. The mouth is well balanced and complex with flower, apricot and honey notes .this gourmet wine also has a very nice aromatic persistence.
