This tasty variety is a 100% Iberian (hence the black label) chorizo selected from lean, acorn-fed pigs from Ibesa's Incunable series - you can't get much better than this. Each hand-cut slice is marbled with flavourful fat that just melts in the mouth, and it's gently macerated, marinated with smokey paprika and portioned into cular casing before being matured in the brand’s natural cellar.
