Chocolate-covered scorched hazelnuts 200g

The combination of chocolate and nuts is always a special crunchy treat. Rococo has played with the recipe here, as it scorches (read: perfectly toasts) these hazelnuts, caramelises them and then covers them in milk, white or dark chocolate. Sweet and moreish, they’re made to be munched by the handful, if you can control yourself and not eat them all at once. Even better if you can show the self-restraint to share.
