David and Nadia met while studying viticulture, oenology and soil science at university and married in 2009. A year later, the couple made their first wine, and so their journey into creating bottles like the Aristargos white wine was born. This chenin blanc-heavy blend comes together to create a silky, honeysuckle-scented tipple with notes of peach, yellow orchard fruits and sun-ripened pear, finished with good minerality.
