The grapes that go into Chapel Down’s Classic non-vintage Brut are hand-harvested from a vineyard in Kent, South East England. Fizzing with the quintessentially English aromas of red apple and freshly baked bread, strawberry and quince then dance on the palate with a fine stream of bubbles. Josh Donaghay-Spire, the brand’s Winemaker, recommends it as an aperitif or an accompaniment to a national favourite: fish and chips.
