Blancpain is obsessed with life underwater (hey, who hasn’t watched one too many David Attenborough documentaries?); in fact, the ancestor of this Fifty Fathoms timepiece became the archetypal diver’s watch when it was first released in ’53. Now equipped with water resistance up to 300m, its shimmering ceramic dial is surrounded by a rotating bezel and encased in a scratch-resistant sapphire glass cover. Nice.
