Felton Road ranks as one of the greatest of all New World Pinot Noir producers, and is certainly one of the most eminent in New Zealand. Using biodynamic practices, the wines from Felton Road always have a sense of terroir which is not easy to find. Traditional fermentation using indigenous yeast extracts lovely colour and soft tannins. The wine was aged for 11 months in French oak and was neither fined nor filtered prior to bottling. Perfect for enjoying with seared tuna or veal escalope.
