    After travelling to his mother’s hometown in India, Byredo’s founder Ben Gorham became intrigued by scent and memory, prompting him to start his own brand in 2006. The latest collection is inspired by wintery fragrances and spices to celebrate the festive season. The Altar candle has a deep aroma that’s warming yet refreshing thanks to a strong blend of clove buds and floral ylang. Earthy Haiti vetiver completes the exotic accords. Oh, and here you’ll find it poured into an iconic black-glass silhouette.
