Vegan Figgy Pudding 800g

We wish you a very merry Christmas, but the big day really isn’t complete without a figgy pudding. Selfridges Selection’s festive recipe is made with juicy vine fruits, candied figs, almonds and spices before being steeped in cider, brandy and orange liqueur (the boozier, the better). It’s then hand decorated with a gold-covered glacé orange slice and presented in a ceramic basin (for cooking later). We won’t go until we get some.
