Remove outer packaging.
To steam: Do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 2 hours. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry .
To microwave: Pierce film lid and place on a microwaveable plaate. Heat on full power: 750W/850W for 2½ minutes. stand for 2 minutes. Heat on Full Power: 750W/850W for a further 2½ minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
