Fiskars Norden collection is inspired by the label's native home, Finland, and centres around Nordic minimalism. This frying pan is carefully constructed from cast iron, a material with excellent heat-holding properties that withstands blazing temperatures, so you can efficiently braise your gourmet creations. Treated with Thermium mineral, it's also non-stick and features an easy-to-use Finnish Birch handle (not to mention the enamelled surface prevents charring, too).
