Preparation Instructions
Ready to eat
For jelly: add 10 g of gelatine to 600 ml of hot fruit juice until it dissolves. Empty into glass tray & leave to cool before refrigerating until it sets.

For general use add 1 x tsp to stews, sauces or soups to thicken
