Handmade in the hills of Oaxaca, Madre's Ensemble mezcal is both a labour of love and a family affair, with each bottle produced in small batches by several mezcaleros and their families in the region. The expression reflects the earth where it's made, offering a restrained smokiness on the palette and exuding sweet notes of vanilla, honey, and copal on the nose. Distilled in open-air palenques, this blend is the result of a family recipe passed down through generations.
