After leaving behind his accounting job in New York, Hideaki Inoue dreamt up Aoyama Flower Market in 1989 after feeling like he needed to live a healthier, calmer life. Fast-forward to today, and the Tokyo-born florist has since expanded to open over 100 stores worldwide, including one right here at Selfridges. Packed full of roses, hydrangeas and carnations, the Blissful Blossoms bouquet is one to proudly show off on your dining room table.
