Rocky Road 400g

When it comes to whipping up a batch of its Rocky Road, Crosbies stays true to that age-old adage, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”, so it doesn’t mess around with the classic recipe. Keeping things simple, it starts with an American-style Tiffin (think crumbled biscuit pieces, golden syrup and melted chocolate) which is then mixed with pink and white mallows alongside crunchy hazelnuts before it’s drizzled with creamy white chocolate.
