There are plenty of fine examples of Cuvée rosé champagne out there, but only one with the distinctive personality of Laurent-Perrier. The house carefully selects grapes from its best plots on the estate, blending pinot noir and chardonnay to build an expression that oozes red berry notes. Its light minerality is all down to the Bouzy soil, only found in this special Grand Cru.
