Plantation’s Isle of Fiji rum is an ode to its Oceanic home, though the label has had to adapt to survive the tropical heat. Produced using molasses, the rum is first aged for seven years in American oak bourbon barrels, before sailing to Europe to spend another 2-3 years in Cognac casks. This hard work results in palate swirled with tropical fruits and raisin notes and sweetened by vanilla fudge and a dried banana finish.
