Did you know the Zárate winery has been producing albariño grapes since the early 1800s? Yep, and that makes it one of the historic wineries in the Galicia region. With vines over 150 years old, they’re lightly pressed and fermented in French oak barrels before being bottled and waiting a further two months before hitting the shelves. Pretty neat, eh?
