    Nestled in the sun-dappled fields of Sussex, Roebuck Estates is dedicated to preserving and promoting England’s winemaking heritage with each bottle it harvests by hand. Left to ferment in the finest French oak casks, the Classic Cuvée English Vintage is infused with notes of sparkling citrus fruit and crisp cooked apples, which is then stirred with rich, tasty truffle. Pouring to reveal a gilded hue, this wine leaves delicate bubbles lingering on the palate, leading to a balanced finish.
