Brother and sister duo Paola and Humbert Sasplugas quit their architecture and finance jobs in 2014 to found PDPAOLA. The Barcelona-based jewellery label now dreams up designs like the Kaori earrings, which are every bit as bold as that life-changing career change. Shaped from 18-carat yellow gold-plated sterling silver, this single hoop earring is paved with sparkling cubic zirconias and suspends a dangling rectangle of sodalite crystal clasped between gleaming claws.
