    For a truly, authentic taste, Ross & Ross has made the XL curing kit to flavour salmon in the comfort of your own kitchen. Using traditional artisan methods, in just three days you can have smoked fish worthy of any canapé or brunch. Keeping your taste buds on their toes there are six different seasonings to choose from; from classic Dill & Mustard to a spiced Sansho Pepper cure.
