Selfridges Selection couldn’t let you finish any festive feast without the classic dessert, so it serves up this lightly spiced and classically fruity recipe, courtesy of British baker, Fiona Cairns. Slow-baked in small batches, doused in cognac and matured for six months, it’s made using only the best ingredients before being decorated by hand. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 4 weeks.

Warning: Although every care has been taken, some nutshell or fruit stone fragments may be present.
Cutting Instructions: Cut the cake using a serated knife, in a sawing motion.
