The Lakes Distillery is nestled in Cumbria’s picturesque Lake District – think rolling green hills, tumbling fells and sparkling expanses of crystalline water. An experimental departure from the brand’s sherry-led signature style, the Infinity single malt is the latest bottling in the Whiskymaker’s Edition series. This complex dram encompasses notes of incense sticks and freshly toasted rye bread, leading into spice, treacle and cocoa on the palate.
