Who doesn’t love a slice of sticky shortbread or a couple of these Billionaire’s Truffles? If you sneak a few extra we won’t say anything. The confectioners dip sea-salted caramel and crumbly biscuit into creamy milk chocolate before sprinkling the finished spheres with more shortbread pieces and a drizzle of dark chocolate. The only thing missing is a cuppa.
