Cured for a minimum of 36 months in the drying houses of Herreruela, the hams of Extrem Puro Extremadura are obtained from the hind legs of purebred Iberian pigs that are fed on acorns and wild grass. Each hand-cut piece is juicy and tender with white marbling, complex and intense. Put simply, these hams are one of the jewels of Spanish cuisine. The Deluxe Experience box contains a packet each of ham, shoulder, loin, chorizo and salchichon and a Dehesa de Luna Rosé 2017 wine.
