If you’re on the hunt for a shiny new thing, you’ve found exactly that in this Extra Ordinary bowl by Alessi. The effect of the brass is made through a cold drawing which creates a rich interaction with light capable of exalting both complex shapes and pure, neutral lines. The grainy arrangement follows a geometric sequence generated by Fibonacci, an Italian mathematician who first translated the golden logic of classical proportions into numbers. Tell that to your dinner guests.
