    An isolated vineyard in the fertile Breede River Valley (around 15km from Africa’s southern oceans), Sjinn takes its name from the moniker given to it by its original Khoisan inhabitants. And why is this vintage called Low Profile? Firstly, it refers to the profile holes that were dug to determine the best spots for planting vines (over 200!); and secondly, it refers to the modest attitude it has towards self-promotion. It’s a ruby-red tipple, with a juicy, spicy profile and notes of salty liquorice.
