Looking for a classic Bordeaux? Look no further than the 2016 vintage from
Château Lalande-Borie. Aged in 33% new oak, it’s made from a blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes grown on sandy soils near La Mouline river. The result? A deep, ruby-purple tipple with a plush, velvety texture. On the nose, it’s all seductive dark berries, toasted oak and a hint of nutmeggy vanilla, while on the palate it’s fleshy black fruits, deep tannins and firm structure.
